This policy covers order processing, shipping rates, delivery estimates and tracking for orders placed with REGINTRIC LLC.
Processing time
Orders are picked, packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping options and rates
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days. Free on orders over $49, otherwise $5.95.
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days, $9.95.
- Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days, $19.95.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed as soon as your package leaves our facility. You can also check status on our order tracking page using your order number.
Delivery areas
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including PO boxes for standard shipping. International shipping is not available at this time.
Delays, lost and damaged packages
Carrier delays caused by weather or high volume are outside our control. If tracking has not updated for 7 business days, or your package arrives damaged, email Shipping@regintric.com and we'll open an investigation and arrange a replacement or refund.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.
