How do I place an order?

Add the products you want to your cart, review the summary, then complete the three-step checkout: customer information, shipping method and payment. You'll receive an order confirmation immediately after.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact Support@regintric.com or call (888) 657-7001 as soon as possible. If your order hasn't entered fulfillment we can update the address, adjust quantities or cancel it.

Yes. Enter a valid code in the cart before checkout and the discount is applied to your subtotal automatically.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days, expedited 2–3 business days, and priority 1–2 business days.

Is shipping free?

Standard shipping is free on US orders over $49. Below that, a flat $5.95 rate applies. Expedited and priority options are available at checkout.

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories included.

Checkout supports major credit and debit cards through Stripe, PayPal and Shopify Payments. While the store is in test mode, no card is charged and no payment details are collected.

Payment details are handled directly by the payment processor over an encrypted connection. Regintric never stores full card numbers on its servers.

Are the organizers waterproof?

The Waterproof Electronics Organizer uses a water-repellent coated shell for splash and light-rain protection. Other models are water-resistant but not sealed.

My magnetic holder feels weak — what should I check?

Accepted Answer

Make sure your phone case is MagSafe-compatible or contains a magnet ring, and that both the mount pad and case are clean and dry. Thick cases can reduce holding strength.

A zipper is sticking. Can it be fixed?

Clear any fabric caught in the track and run the slider slowly. If the issue persists, contact Support@regintric.com — zipper faults within the warranty period are covered.

How do I clean my organizer?

Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and mild soap, then air dry. Avoid machine washing, bleach and direct heat.
